We offer standard shipping across Australia via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days for regional locations.
What is your return policy for online and in-store purchases?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on innerwear, earrings, or opened health and beauty products.
Can I click and collect my order from a MUJI store?
Currently, we offer Click & Collect services at selected Victorian and New South Wales stores. Availability will be shown at the checkout based on your local store's stock levels.
What payment methods do you accept?
