MUJI Australia is committed to providing high-quality products; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided items are in original, resaleable condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on innerwear, hosiery, or opened bedding products.

Return Process

  Locate your original tax invoice or register receipt as proof of purchase is mandatory for all refund or exchange requests.

  Visit any MUJI Australia retail store for an immediate assessment, or contact our customer service team to initiate a return by mail for online orders.

• 4.
  Receive Resolution

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or an exchange will be processed on the spot.
